Lotus At The Ponds is operated by Ly Do, an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in the club and restaurant industry.
Ly brings experience managing a high-volume family-owned restaurant within East Maitland Bowling Club, where he oversaw a seven-day operation serving hundreds of patrons, introduced new menu concepts, expanded function offerings and delivered large-scale events for members.
He later led operations at Tea Gardens Country Club, where his team achieved outstanding recognition, including being named Perfect Plate winners with Clubs NSW.
